Greek dining is an activity that stimulates all the senses. The food is colorful, pungent and perfumed by the wonderful fragrance of fresh herbs and spices. Greek cuisine always tastes better when shared with friends and paired with a Greek wine.
Enjoy a culinary tour of Greece for six people at Athos Restaurant. Your evening will begin with mezethes (appetizers) such as a variety of spreads, fresh fried kalamari, broiled octopus, and more. The menu will feature seafood dishes from the Aegean, sausages from Macedonia, spices meats from the Peloponnese’s, and dishes simmered in clay pots from Epirus. Traditional wines will complement each course. Chef Harry will surprise the guests with one of his wonderful creations. A variety of desserts including loukoumathes and Greek coffee will end the evening. Your tour guide and host for the evening will be George Danes, who will also read your coffee cup for good fortune.
