“Segreti della Mamma (Mama's Secrets)” Cook Book
The Foundation is honored to introduce our newest initiative in 2010: a Cook-Book entitled Segreti della Mamma (Mama's Secrets).
Segreti Della Mamma was conceived by our good friends, Jim and Barb Runko and Lenny and Stacie Diaz, as a way to raise funds for the Foundation and another local 501(c)(3) charity, Baby Lorenzo Gregory Scavio Foundation, while at the same time bringing some wonderful recipes and best tips and secrets into your home for your family to enjoy.
Proceeds from the cook-book will be used to improve and expand the care and services provided to children suffering from rare diseases and disorders, including those receiving treatment through Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York.
Supporters are asked to contribute recipes for inclusion in the book together with a monetary contribution. There are various levels of sponsorship available, to view them click here.

The Foundation anticipates that the cook-books will printed and available for distribution during Spring 2010. In order to be included in the first edition, submissions must be received by February 15, 2010.
